  • I first worked with Sabas on The Adelaide Review, a highly regarded monthly newspaper focussed on arts, culture, food and wine. He is a gifted publications designer who always remains calm and considered even in the face of pressing, sometimes downright unreasonable, deadlines. He also produced regular publications for clients of The Adelaide Review. Locale for Adelaide's Finest Supermarkets, and Marmalade for The Jam Factory were two examples that he conceived and produced to a very high standard. For 10 years he was in charge of the design of the Hot 100 South Australian Wines publication, the wrap-up of an annual wine competition that attracted hundreds of entries from all over the State.  As an experienced editor and publisher, I cannot recommend Sabas highly enough. He is my first point of contact for any important project and a pleasure to work with.
